Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Navita, we strive to ensure our natural fruit and vegetable powders reach you in perfect condition. Please read our policy regarding returns and cancellations below.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the product has been dispatched to our delivery partner, we cannot accept cancellations. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
2. Refund Conditions
We offer refunds or replacements under the following specific conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the outer seal or packaging is visibly damaged during delivery.
- Incorrect Item: If you received a different product or weight than what you ordered.
- Expired Product: In the rare event that a product is delivered past its expiry date.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of food products and hygiene reasons, opened or partially consumed food products (Fruit powders, Veg powders, Millets) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide a photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product.
- Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or UPI) within 5–7 working days.
